Creative agency & content studio Wolfgang continues to make moves with the hiring of Bryan Sweeney as its first-ever Chief Content Officer, and Elle Bass as Head of Strategy & Social, respectively.

Sweeney started his career at DDB Chicago working on McDonalds and Anheuser-Busch. His time there resulted in numerous industry awards and several Top 5 finishes on USA Today’s Ad Meter. After Chicago, Sweeney spent time at Boston agencies, Arnold and Hill Holiday. At the latter, he served as Head of Production where he helped build a post-production studio from scratch, as well as the agency’s first-ever experiential arm.

According to CEO Mike Geiger, “Production has always been an important part of our model. The recent integration of Cahoots Studios into Wolfgang gives us the ability to produce an even greater range of content. Having worked on both the agency and production side, Bryan is the perfect person to help continue to build out our offering.”

Beyond traditional advertising roles, Sweeney has helped build a successful film series where he’s partnered with numerous Hollywood directors and studios. Outside of the office, Sweeney enjoys snowboarding & surfing, sometimes on the same day; affectionately known as the “California Double.”

Elle Bass joins Wolfgang from The Martin Agency where she served as Head of Social overseeing 15 unique pieces of business. With a background in both strategy and creative, Elle is a unique leader that inspires through action while keeping her finger on the pulse of cultural trends and social platforms. She's passionate about creating work that helps brands overcome unique challenges while impacting culture.

“Like many of our people,” Van Linda said, “Elle doesn’t fit into any one job description. She’s multi-talented with an exceptional deep knowledge of social and pop culture. Her skills will be deployed across our entire roster of clients and beyond.”

In previous roles, Elle led strategic thinking, social creative and activations for Instagram, Spotify, HBO, HP, Old Navy, Ralph Lauren, The Ritz-Carlton, Indian Motorcycles, EA Games and others. She’s won several industry awards over the years including Cannes Lions, Webbys, Effies, and ADC awards. Outside of work, Elle is passionate about horses (Western), Interior design, fashion, and...roller derby. Shout out to Angel City & Gotham Girls!
